Okay while I respect 90% of what is being written in this aricle, there are a few things I feel are 100% inccorect, due to the studies or Dr. Paul Ekman's studies incorporated with the illustrated movements in the FOX hit television series "Lie to Me". The instince in the article where it describes liars as "illustrators" is not only completely false, but isnt even a real term! Dr. Paul Ekman explains that AN illustrator is movement used by someone who speaks the truth in order to better convey there feelings. For example, when a liar says "Who, me?" he/she may simply stand there and say the phrase with little body movement in the hands and arms. However, someone telling the truth may subconsciously use illustrators (which point MORE towards the truth) and say "Who, me?" and take his/her hands and bring them towards him, (a.k.a. pointing at himself with both hands). Conclusively, an illustrator is not a person or a sign of lying, it is a sign of the truth. If possible, please edit this article. Dr. Paul Ekman is the most respected psycologist investigating lying, and his investigations on body movements have even landed him in the TIME MAGAZINE 100 MOST INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE list. I am convinced that his 10 years of relentless research are a bit more thorough and contain more merit than what was listed in the article. I hope this helped a bit.

Joe smith I absolutely respect Dr. Paul Ekman. You are right, his 10 years of relentless research contains much more merit then the information in my articles. I have studied some of Dr. Paul Ekman's research, and he truly is a remarkable man. I believe that you have misinterperted my article on the body language of liars. As you said "Conclusively, an illustrator is not a person or a sign of lying, it is a sign of the truth." In my article, I stated that if the person can be established as an illustrator, and he/she stops using movements and gestures to aid them, then that is indicitave of lying. I hope I am not misinterperting what you are trying to say. If so, then please let me know.
